  • 200 grams of ripe banana (2-3 bananas)
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams of almond flour (can also use oat flour)
  • 11/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60 ml of milk

To serve:

  • Maple Syrup
  • Banana Slices

Preheat

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a pan on a low heat.

Cooking Pancakes

  1. Pour a little oil or butter on the surface of the pan, flattening.
